Paprika Spec

Paprika Spec is a tradition of Hungary where the fatty ends of pork belly are cured and then hot water cooked.  After chilling, a coat of paprika and garlic are added to each piece which are then lightly smoked.  Slice and eat on bread for a tasty treat!
